Brand engagement agency Purity launched its staffing arm in 2011. Its success led to the creation of a premium staffing division Purity Select earlier this year, followed by a US division in May. Over the past 12 months, it has supplied staff for projects in Europe, Australia and Asia, resulting in 165% growth year on year. Highlights include an international roadshow for Russian airline Aeroflot, a ten-month experiential project for Samsung Galaxy Studios, and the launch of soft-drinks brand Zeo in London and the South East. The business is undertaking an employee engagement study with the University of Manchester, exploring what motivates promotional staff. It launched a new website providing a portal to recruit and manage in February this year, and boasts a full-time training and development manager.
