What is the eligibility period?
Eligibility period is 8 May 2011 to 12 May 2012.
What do I need to do to enter?
- Choose which categories you want to enter
- Write your written submission following the guidelines below
- Source 4 or more images jpeg, gif or PDF format (high resolution images will only be required if your entry makes the final shortlist)
- Put together any further supporting material following the guidelines below
- Register, enter your submission online and complete payment
You have 5MB in total for each online entry you upload. Please ensure that your entry does not exceed 5MB as you will not be able to upload it successfully.
Your Written Submission
Your written submission must be no more than two single sheets of A4 (12 point type, single line spacing) in either Word or PDF format. The template set out below is a guideline for writing your submission. Entries exceeding two sides will be automatically marked down by the judges. To enter the categories these requirements must be adhered to, along with any other criteria shown below.
Template for your two-page written submission
Your written entry is the basis on which the judges will vote for and shortlist entries in the first stage of judging. The two pages should show how you meet all criteria in your chosen category.
At the top of your two pages the following information must be listed:
- Category name
- Project title
- Client company/organisation
Depending on the category, your submission should also cover the following for each of your showcases/examples:
- The brief - what was the nature of the task?
- Objective - what was your exhibition, experiential or live event activity designed to achieve?
- Solution - what answer to the brief did you devise?
- Results - what was the actual outcome of your exhibition, experiential or live event activity?

Images
Please upload 4 images in jpeg, gif or PDF format (high resolution images will only be required if your entry makes the final shortlist).
Movie/video footage
If movie files exceed the 5MB allowance then please include a link to the video/movie hosted on a web page. Links to FTP sites will not be accepted.
Supporting Documents
You can also upload testimonials, press clippings, copies of printed material and appendices.
