In the past 12 months, Amplify has pushed itself and its clients harder than ever. As well as building relationships with long-term customers such as Converse, PlayStation and Wagamama,it brought on board 11 new brands, including Nike, Google and Innocent. The agency prides itself on being a home for creative people and clients and has used its success to invest in people, taking on 16 new members of staff this year. It has also been busy building its international portfolio, with projects in Europe, the US and Asia. Its work is kept fresh and unique by collaborating with Amplify X, its extended family of more than 280 partners. And as if that wasn’t enough, it found time to co-found branding consultancy People-Made, whose recent wins include recruitment consultancy Randstad, Lloyds, Alexander McQueen and Stella McCartney.
